Shipping policy

Every MemoriForm piece is made to order. The estimated delivery window below covers design review, production, handling and delivery.

Estimated delivery — contiguous United States

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from payment and receipt of usable reference photos to delivery. This planning estimate applies to standard orders with prompt customer design approval and includes an allowance for design review and handling. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Complex or multi-figure designs, additional revisions, delayed approvals, peak periods, public holidays, and customs or carrier delays may extend the overall timeline. Your quote confirms the estimated schedule before payment. Tell us about any gift deadline before ordering.

Shipping rates — contiguous United States

Standard shipping is free for orders of US$199 or more. Orders below US$199 have a flat US$9.95 standard shipping fee. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping, for delivery to one address in the contiguous 48 United States (including Washington, DC).

Other destinations

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and destinations outside the United States are not included in this flat-rate or free-shipping offer. Please request a quote before ordering. Availability, shipping charges and any applicable import duties or taxes will be clarified before payment. Do not use a mainland U.S. address to obtain a rate for another destination.

Production and dispatch

Your quote will confirm the design approval process, expected production schedule and estimated shipment date before payment. Printing begins after the agreed design is approved. The timing depends on the size, complexity and number of figures. Design revisions may require an updated schedule, which we will discuss with you.

Transit time and tracking

We will confirm the estimated transit window and available delivery service for your address before payment. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and do not include design or production time. We will send tracking details when available after shipment. A gift date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. Expedited shipping, if available, is quoted separately and does not automatically shorten production.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship by the agreed shipment date, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full, prompt refund. Carrier or customs delays may affect transit estimates; contact us if your shipment is delayed so we can help.

Address changes, damage and missing parcels

Please check your delivery address before payment and contact us promptly about changes. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Any additional redelivery charge arising from an incorrect customer-provided address will be explained before you agree to it.

If your parcel is damaged, missing or contains an incorrect item, email us with your order number and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging. Reporting damage within 7 days helps us investigate; this is not a limit on your legal rights. We will work with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Where the issue is our responsibility, necessary return shipping is covered by us.
