At MemoriForm, your privacy is important to us.

Your photos & custom design files

We use the photos you submit to assess your request, prepare your quote, develop your custom design, produce your figurine and provide order support. This includes reference photos and the concept illustrations and model files created for your order.

Access is limited to the service providers and team members who need the photos for these tasks, including our form-hosting, design and production partners. Our quote form is provided through Powerful Form Builder.

Public sharing is your choice

Uploading photos for an order does not give us permission to publish them. We will ask for separate permission before using your reference photos or identifiable custom figurine images on our website, social media or in advertising. Declining will not affect your order.

If you later withdraw permission, contact us to stop future promotional use and request removal from channels we control. We cannot guarantee removal of copies already shared by others or materials already distributed.

Permission to upload

Please submit only photos you own or are authorized to use, with permission from the people shown where required. For photos of children, you must be their parent or legal guardian, or have permission from their parent or legal guardian. Please do not upload identification documents or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your figurine.

Retention and deletion

We keep reference photos and design files only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry, fulfill your order and provide related support, or to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Necessary transaction records may be retained separately from photos.

To request access, correction or deletion, email memoriform@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request. We will explain any information that must be retained for an active order, dispute or legal requirement. Deletion requests also cover relevant copies held by our service providers, subject to applicable requirements and backup retention processes.
