Each MemoriForm figurine is made to order from your photos and confirmed design details. Please review these terms before approving your quote.

Cancellations before design begins

You may cancel your order for a full refund before design work begins.

After design begins, before printing

Any deduction for completed design work will be limited to fees disclosed in your quote and accepted before work begins. We will explain the completed work and refund the remaining balance.

Once printing begins

Once you have approved the design and printing has begun, we generally cannot accept cancellations or returns for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or materially differs from the agreed design.

Damaged, incorrect or nonconforming items

Please contact memoriform@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Ideally, report delivery damage within 7 days so we can investigate quickly; this request does not limit your statutory rights.

Where the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange a repair, replacement or appropriate refund at no additional cost to you, including any required return shipping. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions.

Hand-finished details

Minor variations in painted details and colors may occur. Your figurine is an artistic interpretation of your photos, rather than an exact photographic reproduction. These natural variations do not excuse defects or material differences from the agreed design.

Shipping delays and missing packages

If we cannot ship within the timeframe agreed for your order, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the applicable options to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. If your parcel is missing, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm when the refund is issued; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
